Fine I guess I'll have to do it then Dr...

The Dr then handed you a gown asked you to change and then lay on the medical table while he administrators the serum.

After you are changed and laid down then doctor injected the serum and he talked to as he needs to witness the change.

You ask "so what will I look like?" The Dr said "well in simple terms you'll be the female version of yourself, same parents, same mind just you'll be female".

Then you started feeling discomfort as the serum spread throughout your body...

You have the following choices:
