General Tanaka could honestly say he was very proud of his mechanized daughter. While initially unsure about allowing her to become an 160ft robot, those feelings of doubt had long since been put to rest.
Case in point, he was enjoying his day off traveling through the Akibahara district, when suddenly he saw a news report flashing on the tv's in one of the many shops that lined the street.
Apparently, there was bank robbery happening in Shibuya and the perps inside had taken a boatload of hostages. The situation itself was volatile and only getting worse as the seconds ticked by.
Fortunately for the local law enforcement and the hostages, Mecha-Girlzilla was on the scene. The mere sight of her caused onlookers to cheer and the criminals to wince. They knew when they were licked and gave-up almost immediately.
The sight of them being led away in cuffs while the people sang Sakura's praises did Tanaka's heart a world of good. His daughter really was living the dream, though she could stand to loosen up a little.
Oh well, there wasn't much he could do on that front. Besides, it was his day off and he was going to enjoy it for once. "Now, where is that clothing store. If memory serves me right, they were having a sale on ties."
------
Back on the crime scene, Sakura watched as the perps who tried to rob the bank were driven away in squad cars. Serves them right for thinking they could just go and break the law. She wasn't a cop by any means, but there were certainly days where she felt like one.
"Mecha-Girzilla? Mecha-Girlzilla? A world!?" a female reporter called out. Kneeling down, Sakura instantly remembered the woman in the yellow suit.
"Yes?" she spoke, her voice light but also filtered.
"Is there anything you'd like to say to all your adoring fans who are no doubt watching this report from home?" the woman in yellow asks.
Tapping her chin for a moment, Sakura set her optics towards the camera and said in her most serious tone, "Stay out of trouble."
With that the interview was over and she turned back into her built in crime radio.
