Edwin had taken his break somewhere in the castle's expansive backyard. What he didn't now at the time was that he wasn't alone, as the princesses were all out and about, interacting with nature in their own way.
At the gardens and the hedge maze, Belle explored the gardens, looking for a place to sit down and read her book. Snow White and Aurora were all picking flowers from the hedge maze while Cinderella naturally communed with the local fauna like they were her old friends from her world.
In the forest, the more nature savvy princesses were either spending their time relaxing with nature or simply training their skills in archery or combat. Pocahontas and Tiana explored the forest in order to find more nature-based ingredients, having previous experience with the subject of gathering. Merida, Mulan, and Rapunzel were practicing each other's fighting styles, with Merida's archery, Mulan's swordsmanship, and Rapunzel's frying pan.
At the lakeside, the more aquatic savvy princesses were splashing about or using their own special powers to make their experience fun. Moana used her hydrokinetic powers to make the water shoot up in the air while Ariel used her natural mermaid swimming prowess to reshape the water into that of a spiral. Elsa used her cryokinetic powers to freeze the water, turning it into a spiral ice slide and created a little stairway for her, Anna, Jasmine, and the other princesses present to try.
The only question is, where in the backyard did Edwin shrink?
