Born Tiny

The boy is born naturally small in a world inhabited by normal-sized (but giant to him) women.

Which of these scenarios will apply to the tiny-born boy?

Tiny in a Normal-Sized Family: The boy is born unnaturally small and is raised among the normal-sized females in his family.

The One-Inch Orphan: The boy is orphaned at a very young age. In one scenario, because he was born so small, the boy is abandoned at the side of a road in a certain location. In another scenario, the boy wasn't abandoned by his parents, but he lost his mother in an automobile accident. He is either sent to the all-girls orphanage in the hoped of being adopted or is assigned to his foster mother or godmother.

The Tiny Race of 'Tweens: The boy(s) come from a race of naturally tiny people. In one route, the boy(s) is a fairy or a pixie living in a forest or around a garden. In another route, the boy(s) is a borrower lives inside the walls of a house/living area of a giant human. In both cases, the young tiny folk explores the residence of a giant female human, but whether or not the women catch them and what they do to the tiny folk is entirely up to you.

The Ant-Sized Anthro: In a different universe, the boy is an anthropomorphic inhabitant in a world where everyone is not only anthropomorphic, but their size is dependent on their species. The boy could be an anthropomorphic insect, a mouse, any land-based animal small enough to appear nearly unnoticeable by the larger female anthros or delectable by the larger predators.
