This choice: He stops off for a takeaway en-route. • Go Back... When Liam got to the bus stop, he glanced at the time table and grumbled to himself because the next bus wasn't due for 10 minutes. By that time he could have walked half way home anyway, and besides, he was feeling hungry and wanted to stop off at his favorite Chinese take-away. There was also the little matter of his new power, imbued by the mysterious Marlowe, he needed... he wanted to try it out on someone. As he set off walking home, he passed by people in the street and decided to use them to 'practise' his powers on. The first people he saw were a casually dressed married couple in their mid 30's walking in the opposite direction. Liam gave it some thought about what he could swap between these two unsuspecting passersby.
"Hmm, how about... their hair?" Liam thought, tapping his chin. No sooner had he thought that, he felt a slight rush of energy rush through him and his jaw dropped when he watched the hairstyles of the married couple swap around. The woman's shoulder-length blonde hair was sucked up into her scalp, forming into her husband's dark, short haircut... and on the flipside, the man's hair cascaded down his neck to his shoulders and turned into his wife's blonde hair. "Oh fuck that's hilarious!" Liam blurted out, chuckling as he looked at the now odd looking pair. What was more amazing, is that neither seemed to notice their change.
By the time Liam had stopped being amazed at what he had just done, the couple were pretty much out of sight. And once out of sight, they were out of mind as far as he was concerned. He'd given them a swap anyway, so he was satisfied. Besides, there were more people around to test his power on. And his eyes soon locked onto his next guinea pigs.
A brown-haired woman in her late 30's, her hair secured in a ponytail was walking along the street with two shopping bags in her hands, while her distracted 13-year old son trudged some distance behind too busy playing on his Switch to notice anything else. The woman kept turning around and trying to hurry her son up, to no avail. Liam smirked, noting the boy's choice of gaming console. Appropriate name all things considered. he mused, focusing on the two of them. The woman's C-cup breasts suddenly deflated under her top... only to sprout from her son's chest and stretch his t-shirt. Liam smiled back, made his order and then began to think about his plans for tomorrow. But before he got too distracted, he swapped Li Mei with her father, who not only owned the take-away building but was the cook too. Li Mei stretched up in height to 5' 9" and filled out with some decent male muscles, while her father shrank down to just 5'2" and became much more slender.
This power is fantastic! Liam mused, grinning as he heard his stomach growling. As soon as he got his order, he set off home without making any more swaps among strangers along the way.
