This choice: In a twist, Jeremy's soul is sharing Cloud's body tonight. • Go Back...Chapter #6In a twist, Jeremy's soul is sharing Cloud's... by: Nenen It was a strange first day, or night, for Jeremy. Finding a busty anthropomorphic friendly wolf that could talk, learning about the zoo and its effect on animals, and accept being eaten by said wolf. He was afraid through the whole thing, unable to bring himself to object once the wolf started pushing his body down her throat, his mind had gone through the possible consequences of Cloud lying to him. Why had he accepted this? He didn’t know, and frankly, it didn’t matter anymore. He was starting to feel lightheaded, he couldn’t feel his body anymore. Then there was darkness. Jeremy pondered if this dark abyss is what death is like, only to then start regaining feeling on his body. He felt numb, but he could feel again! He was alive! Cloud hadn’t lied! Oh thank goodness he was alive! He is never doing that again, sure he came back but he doesn’t think his heart can handle it.
Jeremy was too absorbed in his thoughts to notice it at first, but when his vision started clearing up he realized how different he felt. His body felt different, his limbs felt different, everything felt different. His hearing was better as was his sense of smell, and he felt a weight on his chest. He also felt he was sitting down somewhere, and his hand was moving by itself rubbing his belly. Lastly, he noticed the distinct lack of feeling of an old friend he had all his life.
“Well he should be back at his house now. I have to thank him again when he comes back tomorrow!” His mouth moved on its own as words left without his input. He also felt his own body move on its own accord. He then realized that he wasn’t looking at his room in his apartment, but at the same zoo that he started working on, in the same place he had let himself be eaten by the wolf.
‘What the-’
“What? Who said that?” His head moved from side to side, and then he noticed that there was a patch of gray color on the lower edge of his vision. He was unable to focus on it, but it was still noticeable now that he was aware of it. Slowly, pieces of the puzzle coupled together in his mind. The theory he had formed sounded completely fantastical and impossible. But then again, so is an anthro wolf with E cups that is super friendly even when she eats you. She even asked for permission first! Well, only one way to test his theory.
‘Um… Cloud?’
“Who-” His, or rather Cloud’s head looked down at her belly which was almost back to its original shape. “Jeremy? How- wait are you still awake!? Oh no… are you okay!? Are you hurt!? Oh nonononono what have I done!? Don’t worry, I’ll get you out immediately!” Cloud quickly brought her paw to her mouth in what Jeremy quickly realized was an attempt at making herself throw up.
‘Wait! I’m fine Cloud! I’m fine! No need for that!’ She stopped at the last moment, then slowly moved her hand out while holding her flattened belly.
“J-Jeremy? A-are you sure you’re okay? My belly is…”
‘Yes. I’m fine. Kind of. Umm… so... I think my body was, completely digested?’
“WHAT!?” Cloud was all but about to faint from panick.
‘Cloud I’m okay! I’m talking to you right? I’m fine! You didn’t hurt me.’
“B-but…”
‘I’ll explain what I think happened. So… my body was... digested. Then absorbed by your body, I think? And I think now I’m inside your head? I mean, I can currently see the board in front of you with the map of the zoo. And I can feel your hands, I mean paws on your belly.’
Both of them were silent for a couple of seconds.
“I… I’m very confused…”
‘Me too…’
It was a strange first night in the job for Jeremy, and it just got even more strange. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
