Fred sat across from his sister, poking at his eggs as he watched her eat. The towering zebra woman was eating a much larger meal than him, which made sense given her size, but what really confused him was the presence of animal products on her plate; bacon, eggs, ham... Noticing his gaze, she swallowed a mouthful and asked "Something on your mind, bro?"
"Ah, well... I was just wondering... if you're a zebra, why aren't you eating like..." He trailed off, not really sure how to phrase the question. Thankfully, she just chuckled and waved her hand dismissively.
"Oh, right! You wouldn't really be aware of Morph anatomy, would you? Well, while we share a lot of biological traits with certain animals, we're still functionally humans in a lot of ways. That includes our digestive systems. I still need to eat all of the same stuff a human could; a zebra's diet would probably make me sick. I'll admit, it is a bit of a pain just how much food my body needs, but Morphs tend to have a crazy good metabolism, so it's cool. I can eat basically whatever I want, and the most that'll happen is I'll get a bit of extra padding on my tits or thighs!"
Fredrick blushed and took a bite of his food. While he had her talking, he figured he'd ask another question he had on his mind. "So... um... why'd you do it? I mean, why'd you decide to become a Morph?"
Abby tapped her chin while chewing a piece of bacon with a hum. "Well... once I got out of our little close-minded community and actually started meeting Morphs, at first I was a bit nervous around them. They were so... big, so confident, so... sexual..." She paused, rubbing a hand between her legs under the table. "But over time, I started to admire how comfortable they were in their own bodies... I didn't like the way I looked, and the more time I spent getting used to them, the more I realized I wanted to be just like them. So... I signed up and got the treatment. And ever since, my life has just been getting better and better! I've got a sexy bod that I love, I've got a ton of friends who've got my back, I've got this sweet job as a reporter, I reconnected with mom, and I even-"
"Wait, hold up, mom?! Seriously?!" Fred interjected, leaning forward and nearly falling out of the high chair he'd been put into in order to sit at the table with her. "How did you find mom!?"
"Well... how do you think? She's living here in Morph City now, she saw me on the news when I started getting popular, and she got in touch."
Fredrick processed that, knowing exactly what that meant: his mother was a Morph too. As much as he wanted to see her again, he wasn't sure if he could handle that just yet...
"Anyway, enough about me. What have you got planned?"
"A-ah, well, you know. College, work... nothing solid yet though..."
"Well don't you worry, li'l bro! Big sis Abby is here to support you all the way! Oh speaking of which, I guess I should lay down some house rules or whatever since I kinda forgot about that in the excitement yesterday. So..."
Fredrick tensed as she paused, not sure what to expect, though certain it wouldn't be anything bad... hopefully.
"Don't break any of my stuff and pay me to fix it if you do, and for your own safety don't mess with any MorphCo products you might find. Other than that I really don't care. I'm not even gonna charge you rent."
Fred blinked, surprised by how... brief and unrestrictive that had been. "Really? That's it?"
"Yep. I trust you to not fuck things up, and you know I'm not a control freak like dad."
"Okay... cool. But, uh, what was that about MorphCo products? I thought they just-"
"Oh, no, it's more than just turning people into Morphs. That is their main service, but it's a free 'medical' service funded by taxes. They also sell a bunch of stuff with temporary effects to spice things up even more. I keep some in my room and maybe a few cabinets just in case I want to get a little... ahem... extra frisky with a guest. But they aren't cheap, and they can be risky to use if you aren't careful, plus they're made for Morphs and not humans, so I want you to avoid them if you can, okay?"
Fredrick, not entirely sure what to think of that, just nodded simply. "Good!" she finished, standing up with her plate. "In that case, I'm gonna leave the house to you while I go meet up with some gal pals. Be good while I'm gone, okay? Unless, of course, you want to come with?"
Fred pondered this; he really could use the alone time to try and adjust to all of this Morph madness going on, but then again, maybe he'd get used to it faster if he stopped trying to avoid it...
