The bright blue light faded from Lincoln's eyes, and he saw that he was now standing in what looked like a new location. "What the..." Lincoln thought to himself as he looked around at his surroundings. It looked like Lisa and Lily's room, only everything was gigantic now. From Lisa's desk to Lilly's crib, everything towered over the white-haired boy. Even the green carpet fibers on the floor were a lot bigger than they should be.
Lincoln was starting to panic as he realized that he was shrunken to the size of a bug. "No way!" Lincoln thought to himself. "Lisa's machine shrunk me! What am I supposed to do now?!"
He looked up at Lisa's towering desk, the machine that shrunk him was way out of his reach. Even if he could get to it, it's not like would be able to aim it at himself. And Lisa was the only one that knew how it worked anyway.
"This is bad. Lisa won't be home for a while and I'm not sure I can just wait here until she gets back." Lincoln thought to himself. The Loud family house was no stranger to having all kinds of creepy crawlies in it. At Lincoln's tiny size he would be no match for any of them. It was clear to Lincoln that he would have to venture out of Lisa and Lily's room and seek help from Lola and her friends.
"Hopefully, Lola won't be too angry at me," Lincoln said to himself as he walked towards Lisa's door. Due to Lincoln's new size, he was easily able to squeeze under the door without any trouble.
Lincoln found himself in the empty hallway of the Loud house. Usually, the halls would be bustling with the loud sisters, but it was completely quiet today. Lincoln shuddered to think what would happen if all of his sisters were still in the house. He had enough trouble dodging them when he was normal-sized. Having to avoid being stomped into a pancake by his building-sized sisters would be almost impossible.
Lincoln brushed these thoughts aside and continued forward. It was a straight shot to Lola's room, so he didn't have very far to go. As he approached the monolithic door, he could hear the chattering of the little girls coming from within. For Lincoln, this was like walking right into the lion's den. He was terrified that one of them would end up stepping on him, or worse.
"Here goes nothing." Lincoln said, taking a deep breath. He squeezed under the door and made his way inside Lola's room.
Once inside, the minuscule Loud boy's eyes widened in amazement. In the distance, he could see Lola and her friends sitting down at the table, laughing and talking amongst themselves. From Lincoln's point of view, the girls towered over him like skyscrapers. Not even ten minutes ago, Lincoln was the one looking down at them. Now the roles had been reversed dramatically.
"Woah, this is crazy," Lincoln said, rubbing his hands through his hair as he looked at the three girls. "Wait, where's Meli?"
Lincoln's eyes scanned the room for the shy girl. Eventually, he located Meli tucked away in the corner of the room. She must have gotten scared and hid away from Lola's friends. And Lola doesn't seem to have noticed that Meli wasn't with them.
"Poor Meli." Lincoln thought to himself. "She's probably so scared." He wanted to go and comfort the shy girl, but right now he had to focus on getting the giant girls' attention without being squished.
Lincoln put his hand to his chin and thought hard about how to approach this situation. He could take his chances and make his way to the table and try to get Lola and her two friends' attention. Or he could head to the corner that Meli retreated to and try to get her attention.
What happens next?
