After grabbing a drink from the fridge, Lincoln suddenly felt a very odd sensation in his stomach. As it struck his whole body with a tingly feeling, Lincoln read the label on the bottle and was shocked to find out what he just drank.
"Oh no!" Lincoln yelped.
To his horror, the bottle he grabbed was actually one of Lisa's experimental potions. Lincoln wasn't prepared for what happened next as the potion's side effects instantly kicked in, making him watch in stunned disbelief as everything around him started "growing".
"Hey! What's happening to me?!" Lincoln shouted as he realized he was slowly diminishing in height. "Oh no! I'm shrinking! HELP!"
Lincoln tried to call for help, but as he dwindled in size his voice shrank with him, becoming too small for the girls in the living room to hear. The white-haired Loud kept getting smaller and smaller until he eventually stopped shrinking and stood at less than one inch tall. He now stood in the center of the kitchen surrounded by the towering table and the kitchen counter that reached as high as the sky in his eyes.
"I can't believe it. I'm... I'm shrunken!" Lincoln exclaimed as he paced the floor in a panic. "Why did this have to happen now?! I'm a teeny tiny midget and Lori and her friends are in the next room with no idea what happened to me! How can this get any worse?!"
*STOMP!*
"I had to ask." Lincoln lamented remorsefully.
Tempting fate, the shrunken Loud boy's question was soon answered once he felt the ground shaking like an earthquake, which in his case, meant only one thing. Lincoln trembled with fear as one of the girls he was forced to serve today was heading into the kitchen, completely oblivious of the tiny boy on the floor.
The shaking was too much and ended up knocking Lincoln off his feet, giving him no time to brace himself once a large shadow cast itself over. Reluctantly, he looked up and gasped in fright as a gigantic shoe was raised over him, prompting the tiny boy to do the only thing he could think of.
"OH NO! AHHHH!" Lincoln screamed as he jumped to his feet and ran out of the way just before the giant shoe could land on him.
*STOMP!*
Recovering from the shock of the shoe's impact, Lincoln quickly shook it off and looked at who it was that nearly stepped on him. With a gasp, Lincoln saw it to be none other than Dana, the girl who gave him an affectionate kiss earlier for kindly massaging her back.
"No way! Dana!" Lincoln shrieked.
From his point of view, Dana's boots were as big as houses, but they were nothing compared to her towering form above him. As he craned his neck up, Lincoln's eyes widened in shock as Dana towered over him like a skyscraper.
"Lincoln? Where did you go? Come on, I was just being nice." Dana said with a chuckle as she looked around for wherever he might be, not knowing that her voice was much louder and more painful to his tiny ears. "Aw, come on, Linky! I couldn't help but kiss you for being so sweet. You don't have to be embarrassed. Just come out!"
Lincoln covered his ears from Dana's booming voice, unable to believe that this gigantic figure was the same teenage girl who showed him so much kindness earlier. "This isn't good. I've got to get her attention before she tries to step on me again."
That being said, Lincoln tried to get Dana's attention by screaming to her and waving his arms so she'd notice him. Unfortunately, he was just too small for her to hear him, giving her the impression that he might've been hiding from her.
"Hmm, well, maybe I did come on too strong there. I'm sure he'll turn up soon." Dana was about to leave the kitchen, so Lincoln had to go with another way to get her to notice him.
Before Dana could step away from him, Lincoln jumped onto her right foot and grabbed the straps on her boot. Dana then walked back to the living room with Lincoln holding on for dear life as she swung her legs so hard it was like he was on a roller coaster.
"Whoa! I hope this shrinking thing is only temporary!" Lincoln cried. "I don't want to be tiny like this forever. I just hope someone can help me."
Once Dana was back in the living room, Lori asked her where Lincoln was. "Sorry, Lori. I couldn't see Lincoln anywhere in there. It's like he disappeared or something."
Lori groaned at her response. "Typical. Lincoln's probably just trying to find a way to skip out on us. The little wimp."
"That's not very nice, Lori. Lincoln's a very sweet guy." Becky said in Lincoln's defense. "And you know, I would've really enjoyed having him watch the movie with us. I really think Lincoln's a great kid to pal around with."
Even from Dana's boot, Lincoln could hear Becky's kind words about him and it was almost enough to shine some light on his current situation. Still, he wasn't in the clear just yet, especially when Dana walked into the living room kicking her feet really quickly.
Lincoln had a hard time holding onto her boot and almost felt like losing his grip. If he couldn't stay on her boot, there was no way to tell where he'd end up. But for his sake, he just hoped it would be somewhere soft, or at least somewhere where one of the girls could see him.
