Clara's excitement and her own dream to make her fantasies come true completely triumphed over any reasonable ideas of worrying about her current predicament or finding other people. She had come to the Sole Server for one reason and one reason only.
To play with the feet of unconscious monsters. And she could just smell the monsters living on that mountain, just begging to be defeated by her. Who knows, perhaps she'd even find a new friend on that mountain. Clara cracked her knuckles, excitedly chuckling to herself.
"I'm just wasting daylight out here! I came here to play this game and not just stand around! Let's get going!"
And with that, Clara started climbing up the mountain, walking up the dirt path. Her goal, the Mansion on top of it's peak.
After what seemed like an absurd amount of time, Clara was still climbing the mountain. The young woman was sweating heavily and a heavy layer of dirt has become stuck to her wet soles. Clara had managed to climb up to a relatively flat and round part of the mountain, her white feet now slapping against the stony ground. Eventually, she found a decently sized rock and she quickly plopped her butt on it, trying to catch her breath.
"Huff...Huff...Huff, how long have I been at this? I definitely have to be close to the mountain at this point, right?"
Clara looked up, and to her dismay was nowhere even close to reaching the mansion. The woman let out a sorrowful sigh.
"Ugh...I'll probably pass out before I even get halfway there. Maybe I should just cut my losses and head down. It'd probably be smarter to find some other players anyway..."
Clara continued sitting on the rock to catch her back. Unbeknownst to her, she soon was going to encounter a Dragon monster. And that monster was...
