"Miia package for you!" A voice stirred her from her midday nap that voice being of her precious darling, but she didn't remember ordering any packages recently. She slowly slithered her way downstairs yawning and wiping the sleep from her eyes still trying to remember what it is that she might have ordered.
"Here you go Miia what did you order some clothes from somewhere?" Kimihito asked handing her a small rectangular package.
"No I'm not sure what it could be" she said while eyeing the package. "There's no sender listed or return address either."
"You don't think it's something like that grimoire do you?" Kimihito was now staring wearily at the package as Miia turned out over in her hands. "I wouldn't think so, as lazy as Ms. Smith is her and M.O.N. usually will at least vaguely warn us if anything suspicious is happening." Miia was now opening the package getting to a black box with a red ribbon around it.
"Huh looks more like a present as journal maybe?" Kimihito now calming down from the air of unease upon seeing a relatively normal book.
"Ugh this better not be from that stalker Draco! A journal proclaiming her undying love for me" Miia blanched with annoyance upon the thought of her wannabe stalker.
"Haha hopefully not but let me know if it is. We'll find a appropriate way to dispose of it if so. But I'm going to go get dinner started"
"OK darling~~ if you need pro chef Miia all you have to do is ask~~" she yelled to him as she took the package to her room unaware of the visible flinch she had caused him with the last comment.
As she shut the door behind her she sat down on her bed with the book in hand now turning it over she noticed the front had the words "Asset Note" written on the front of it. "What's a asset note some kinda ledger or something" she opened the book questioning it's purpose before noticing it was infact a blank journal no love confessions, no ominous threats or otherworldly dimensions hidden inside the unassuming book. The only thing inside was a rules sheet.

4) Mental states, cancellation of willpower or control of thoughts is outside the capabilities of this magical tool.
5) Finally, the changes can be reversed by destroying the page where said content is written. ATTENTION, tearing out the pages of the notebook will not change anything and there is a risk of losing it, which would make the effects permanent in case it is not located and destroy the sheet.
Miia was flabbergasted, this was the craziest thing she had ever read. "What is this somebody's crappy fanfic? What, am I supposed to write down all my erotic dreams in this book and they'll come true? Yeah right!" Miia scoffed incredulously getting ready to throw the book in the trash when a little voice on the back of her head spoke up. "But what if it is real?" Miia should of just brushed the thought aside but the idea of this book having this much power was too great she had to at least try it right?
"Alright we'll try something simple just to see not like it's gonna work though" Miia laugh at the absurdity of it all but still found herself trying to think of something to write. While thinking she caught sight of her cleavage in her sweater readjusting herself to have the maximum amount of cleavage on show for for her darling. She had to show off a good bit to keep her place in darling's heart (at least that's the way she saw it) especially with some of the bigger girls her darling was a little to friendly with.
"Stupid darling those girls don't love you as much as I do but you had to bring Cerea home with her huge knockers at least she doesn't flaunt them but at that size it's not like they need to be to be seen. And of course Rachnera that huge titty spider that wears all the itsy bitsy clothing and is practically smothering darling 24/7 I bet if my tits were that big he'd be all over... hey that's it" with the Aha! Moment of the day Miia furiously scribbled out her first command.
