1)Do you BECOME a skinsuit? Just collapse to the living-room floor as a pile of skin and clothes. If someone wears you they become you physically? Can you 'take over' when they wear you? Maybe just affect them mentally while they wear you, persuade them, or even twist what they think and believe?
2)Do you have the power to make people into skinsuits? Touch and concentrate, and they collapse into a pile of flappy skin that can be worn. When worn by anyone it literally turns the wearer into the person the skinsuit was from. Even if they were taller, smaller or whatever! Might even work with animals. Eventually you should be able to turn the skinsuit back into the person they were, and they won't remember anything in between. Careful you don't do it while someone is wearing the skinsuit though!
3)Can you... swallow people, and they... fit inside you somehow? Suddenly they are in control of your body rather than you! But again, over time you influence their mind somehow. You'd need to to make sure you can persuade them to climb out of you! You can't be in control until they are out again. But the influence remains.
4)You can squeeze inside someone (any orifice) and control them inside and... eventually, turn them into a skinsuit for anyone to wear. You can hear them when you are inside, but they have no control. You might be able to make them go to sleep so they can't distract you while you are in control. Afterwards the skinsuit can be folded and stored once you take it off, the original person just a voice in the head of whoever wears it.
