You're in charge of a city of humans, but you're pretty much powerless. The police force is made up entirely of human pups and furries who will always side with the anthros and enforce their will on the human population. They will ignore any crimes committed by anthros against humans, and sometimes even take part in them. All you can do really is comfort the victims and weary citizens.

You are sitting at your desk on what appears to be a normal day. Things are relatively quiet until…
