Okay, a cop. You’re basically a militant with a badge and mandate. For the humans, you are judge, jury, and executioner, and can do whatever you please with them. Arrest them on trumped up charges, punish them for petty crimes, or just flash your badge and order them to service you. If you’re not the sheriff though, you do have a human capture/kill quota you must meet every month. This can be easier said than done if your department patrols a mostly anthro area. Luckily though, you can always venture out of your jurisdiction to find humans to arrest.
