Logan had been a smoker since he was 9 and a weed smoker since 11. He had all ready been in trouble with the law for smoking underage and pot possession, but he was addicted so it didn't stop him from continuing.
When he had heard that the state had made pot legal, Logan took his stash over to one of his friends house and spent the rest of the day getting buzzed.
On one of his trips to get some snacks from the Target next door instead of snacks, for some reason he grabbed a swimsuit, some diapers, and a new type of underwear that had a pouch to keep your dick from moving around.
Logan was so buzzed that he just walked out the door totally ignoring the alarm going off, until he was grabbed by the security guard. They might have let him go with a warning if it wasn't for the fact that he had taken a bite out of each of the stolen items.
The store called the police and Logan was taken into custody. when it came time for the hearing the only thing the store wanted was to be reimbursed for the lost products and the court cost. Unfortunately for Logan the Judge looked at his record and noticed it was his 3rd strike. Seeing that she decided that he would be sentenced to be changed into a combination of the items sold and to also be sold at the store to reimburse them.
