You place the hat on his head and he starts shrinking as expected and... his body is turning red and his skin becomes some fiber. After only a few seconds there is a red cushion where Alexis were sitting. You look Thomas and Valentin a bit shocked but amused.
"Do you think I should sit on him?" You ask chuckling
"Nooo" Alexis yells but can he be heard?

1. Yes he can still talk

2. Only the one who turned him can hear him

3. He cannot talk at all
