In Olivia's left nostril, there were dead skin cells, different kinds of bacteria, a flu virus, and pollen.
"Where's the pollen coming from?” asked Timothy.
"It's probably coming from outside,” answered Tom. We turned our head to an open window in the classroom. It's pretty far away, but from what we can tell the classroom is right by the school garden. That explains the pollen.
