Why dose Blue Diamond make Steven and Connie fuse.


Blue meets Stevonnie thinking she is Pink Diamond. Just in a new form. So she takes Stevonnie back with her. Steven and Connie play along until they figure out a way out. But soon they empathize with Blue in all she has been through and start to see her as family. They actively choose to not break Blue Diamonds illusion out of fear what it will do to her mind.





During the jail break in change your mind. Steven and Connie stayed fused thinking it was the only way to keep Connie safe. When Blue comes in for her talk with Steven. Things play out a little differently.





Blue wants to understand fusion's better so she asks Steven and Connie if she may abusive them. Garnet is against this. But Steven and Connie dont see a reason why they shouldn't help teach Blue about fusion. But Blue is hiding something she wants to do with Stevonnie.
