Plot Divergence-Personality Differences

Beacon Hills is just that, a beacon for all things supernatural. Because of that those who defend the town are often caught right in the center of any issue that may crop up. That has got to take a toll on anyone, let alone a group of teenagers with the occasional adult added into the mix.

The show often leaves the characters in a more stable personality, only showing minor changes even when the worst of things happens to them. Such as the case with the Alpha Pack or the Nogitsune, changes are often temporary or barely noticeable, but what would it be like if it was more pronounced?

What would it be like if Scott became immensely arrogant due to becoming a werewolf instead of bemoaning it for so long. How about if Stiles started to change due to how he was treated because he was a so-called "human." Or even Peter Hale, who could be more calm and controlled after his return.

What should happen?
