Ravi had made it his goal to win the school science fair in an indefinitely failed attempt to make himself more popular, deciding to do something that had never before been created because until now it was no more than science fiction.
"One last tweak and it's done, finally I've created a working shrink ray!" Ravi announced picking up the gun like device from the desk he could usually be found doing his homework at.
"Now all I need it a test to prove that my device works." Ravi said in a thick Indian accent, looking around his room for something that he could use to help him test the capabilities of his device.
In the corner the the room the young Indian boy spotted spotted a rather small mirror that he had set up for Mrs. Kipling, not thinking clearly he pointed the ray gun device at the mirror and eased his finger nervously on the trigger.
Before he even know what hit him a purple bullet made of light was fired out of the tip of the gun and into the mirror, closing his eyes and dropping the device as he put his hands up to try and block.
When he reopened his eyes Ravi saw that his science fair project had grown experimentally in size, although it wasn't the only thing that seemed to grow as he looked around to see that his room was now bigger than the entire penthouse.
"Oh no what have I done, I'm so small!" Ravi said knowing he had never prepared to make things grow in size, when suddenly footsteps could be felt in the distance as someone approached his room.
Suddenly his door opened as suspense began to build, he could tell that it must have been a girl by the sound of a higher pitched giggle, leading him to believe that it must have been either his nanny Jessie or one of his sister's Emma and Zuri.
When the door opened fully Ravi could see that he was correct in his assumption as a gigantic ________ entered through the doorway.
