As CeCe stood there, jaw agape, she failed to fully comprehend the Looney Tunes logic of her current situation, shrunken down to a mere centimeter tall on the gymnasium's hardwood floor. Her best friend Rocky's sneakers on either side of her minuscule body, preventing any attempt at escaping.
"Isn't this cool, CeCe?" Rocky asked, looking down at her miniaturized friend with a superior smirk. She passed gym this semester, so she didn't need to be shrunken down for extra credit.
But being the star student she was, Rocky quickly volunteered to be CeCe's gym buddy for the next few days after hearing about the school's plans to shrink her best friend.
"You almost look like an ant from. Way up here. And I thought you were short before." Rocky teased, poking fun at the redhead's former and current height at the same time.
Previously, Rocky was only about 5 inches taller than CeCe, but even that difference in their height was a dozen times bigger than CeCe was now.
But honestly, there was no way to sugarcoat it. Rocky was enormous. She would have made the Statue of Liberty look like a little kid, standing over a staggering 700 feet tall from CeCe's point of view.
"Ugh, I can't believe I have to be this small! Can't you please talk to the principal, Rocky? Please?" CeCe asked, trying to make a cute face so Rocky would say yes. Not that Rocky could make out the details of her face from so far away.
"Sorry, CeCe, but it's out of my hands. You really should have tried harder in gym class. But, hey, at least, we can hang out for the next couple of days." Rocky smiled, excited to keep CeCe on her person like a little pet until she decided the little redhead had earned a passing grade.
"Whatever. So, what exactly am I supposed to do at this size? Not like I can lift weights or kick a soccer ball at this size." CeCe asked, annoyed that she was stuck like this for the time being.
"You really weren't paying attention when they explained this to you earlier, were you?" Rocky scolded, looking down at CeCe as she put it into simple terms.
"Basically, I'm your new gym teacher. You do everything I say, and if you refuse or fail miserably at a task, then you'll flunk out and repeat the 8th grade while I go to the 9th grade on my own." Rocky stated, pretty simple.
"Fine, I get it. Just tell me what to do so we can get this over with." CeCe groaned, already tired of this necessity to crane her neck in order to look up at Rocky like she was a freaking skyscraper.
"That's the spirit! You can start by climbing me. Make it to my shoulders, and I'll give you an A+ on your first assignment." Rocky explained, as if this would be a simple task for CeCe to achieve on her own.
"You're kidding me. Right? You're enormous! Climbing you would be like climbing Godzilla!" CeCe yelled up to Rocky, who made a face in response to being compared to a giant lizard monster.
"Excuse me?" Rocky asked authoritatively, narrowing her eyes as they crossed over her nose to look down at CeCe.
"…a TOTALLY ADORABLE Godzilla!…please don't step on me," CeCe said, putting extra emphasis on her compliment before she walked up to Rocky's footwear, ready to begin her ascent.
She walked up to her friend's black and pink Nike, surprised to see that the outsole of her sneaker was actually a bit taller than her.
"Ugh, did she have to make me so small?" CeCe groaned, jumping up and pulling herself onto the toe of Rocky's footwear, which took a few seconds to achieve, but the act of trying to climb Rocky quickly drained her stamina.
"Okay, maybe I'm a little out of shape." CeCe acknowledged, looking up to see that there was still a lot of Rocky left to climb.
"Come on, CeCe! You can do better than that. At this rate, I'll die of old age before you reach my belly button." Rocky teased, trying to motivate her tiny friend.
"Put a sock in it! I'm getting there!" CeCe yelled back, crawling up Rocky's sneaker as she considered the best path to climbing her oversized best friend.
How will she move forward?
1. While trying to cling onto Rocky's leg, CeCe slips and falls down Rocky's sock, eventually sliding under her friend's foot, where Rocky decides to change the test to an endurance challenge. Survive the day underfoot and CeCe's passes.
2. CeCe climbs the front of Rocky's body, where her biggest obstacle to pass was Rocky's boobs. Will she be able to overcome the giant girl's mountainous chest?
3. CeCe decides to climb the back of Rocky's body, where her biggest obstacle to overcome will be scaling Rocky's enormous butt. Can she overcome Rocky's rear mountainous cheeks?
