After the great demon war many soldiers were returning home. Many of the men were poor returning to their small towns with no need for the levels they obtained during the war, a blacksmith didn't need didn't need very high archery skills after all, so a group a witches took advantage. They offered gold for experience points. They quickly expanded as the group of less than 100 quickly obtained the power of an army. Over time they expanded their services and now run the Spellbound Casino outside the capital city. There they still offer an trade of gold for experience but now they also can exchange physical attributes and their main focus is the gambling rooms. The building was designed for anything the customer can want, rooms of giantess dealers, rooms where employees are tiny playing against giant customers, busty girls, skinny girls, and if you can afford it they will make any accommodations you want. They have a dozen lounges where people can rent attributes at a good price.
Basically if you want an unforgettable experience on your night out to go to Spellbound. So the only real question is who do you want to be.
