The cool night air was enough to calm your nerves and think things through. You came to the conclusion that you returned home and this dragon lady was still there, then A: you didn't hallucinate the whole thing from overwork and stress and B: you were still going to let her live with you. If her story was true, she was someone who did indeed need help, even if she was spoiled and full of herself. She at least was willing to do your chores, which you were happy to let someone else do anyway. Plus she was hot and had huge boobs. Some nice legs would be nice, but a pretty dragon tail was good too. She would be a pleasant sight in your otherwise dull apartment.
Speaking of which, you returned to your apartment. You tried to unlock the door but remember the broken lock. You open the door and enter your home. "I'm back," you call out. You look beside you and see Zea still by the door where you left her, however she was still standing up and seemed slightly uncomfortable. You recognized the look on her face from your days from working retail.
"Oh, mister- master, your back. W-welcome home," she said dispassionately.
"Um, Ze- Your Highness. You don't have to stand right there the whole time. You can move around or sit down if you want."
"But I thought I was supposed to stand guard."
"You don't need to literally stand there tho. Just stay within eyesight of the door."
"A-right. Okay." Zea collapses and lies down on her own coiled tail and sighed in relief.
You rolled your eyes at the lazy dragon empress maid. "Well, I'm going to bed. There's food in the fridge. Just pop one in the microwave if you're hungry."
"What's a...microwave?" Zea asked.
"Ugh. Just find a snack. I'll tell you in the morning. Good night, Your Highness."
"Goodnight Master."
You went to your bedroom and went to sleep for the night. Zea would later move to the couch and sleep on that.
