Riley's body was being "Borrowed"

Taking control, the alien immediately noticed that the human was drunk and spread itself through her body, eliminating the alcohol from within. Trying to use its new lips, the alien said with a monotone voice: "That. Is. Better. La-li-lu-le-lo. This is complicated."

Hearing footsteps approach, the alien spoke: "Human. I am borrowing the body of your relative.", thinking that all humans were siblings. Sure enough, the discoverer of the alien emerged and panted, the run through the woods having tired them out.
