The twisted version of Dukes of Hazzard begins after the events in Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning. Recent high school graduate eighteen year old Daisy is recovering from a broken heart (though her chastity is still technically intact).

To help Daisy get over her broken heart, her friend, recent graduate and fellow committee to chastity, Rose Barron, will be spending the summer with Daisy on the Duke farm.
