At that moment Tommy's wish that he made came true as he transformed into an anthropomorphic version of one of the Paw Patrol's characters Marshall himself.
Suddenly his body started to shake and rumble as it shook the entire house itself like an earthquake had just hit the area itself, as his body not only rapidly gained tons of weight and also swelled up with so much fat as well but he also started growing at an alarming rate as his baby blue t-shirt and regular diaper tore themselves apart due to his growing body and tons of weight he rapidly gained.
Tommy then outgrew the very house his family lived in as he was now more than 100 times his normal size as he examined his now current form as he himself was now a gigantic monstrously obese anthropomorphic infant version of Marshall.
It was at that moment he realized he could do whatever he wanted as he now also has a gigantic insatiable appetite as he spotted a nearby vehicle that he picked up.
"Oh goody I always wondered what a toy vehicle tastes like as it's num-num." Tommy roared as he ate the vehicle and belched.
"More num num more num num!" He roared as he then stomped his way out of the neighborhood as Stu Didi Lou and Dil could only look on and watch Tommy stomp off into the distance.
"Stu what are we going to do? He's going to get hurt let alone get himself into big trouble if we don't do something!" Didi frantically said as she was worried Tommy could get into trouble let alone the fact he could get hurt.
"Deed control yourself we'll think of something as he's our firstborn as we'll have to try to keep up with him!" Stu said as he settled his wife Didi Pickles down.
"As I'm one of the children's grandfathers and as the late great Al Lewis himself said it himself make way for it's grandpappy Lou Pickles to the rescue!" Lou said as he was ready and raring to go.
"Stu Didi are you guys alright? We seen what happened at your house and rushed over here to check on all of you!" Betty Deville Phil and Lil's mother one of their next door neighbors said.
"They're alright dear as they're shaken up but they're alright!" Howard Deville Betty's husband and the father of Phil and Lil Deville said.
"Can someone tell me what in the world's going on here as we thought there was a house explosion as we've notified the fire department and police department!" Randall Carmichael said.
"Thank heavens everyone's alright as we were mighty worried about you guys!" Lucille Carmichael said.
"To make a long story short and this is going to sound truly unbelievable at best our son transformed into a gigantic monstrously fat anthropomorphic animal." Stu said as he explained what happened to everyone.
"Where was Tommy heading off into the distance?" Howard asked Stu and them.
"He appeared to be heading towards the big city." Stu said as he answered Howard's question.
"The big city?!" Everyone exclaimed.
"No one's gonna believe us not even the big city's own mayor as he'll think we're stark raving mad lunatics!" Randall said.
"Well whether they like it or not our firstborn son's heading right for the big city itself for there's no telling what'll happen when he reaches the big city!" Stu said as he knew Tommy was going to wreak havoc upon the big city by eating everything in sight.
While they were bracing themselves for what was to come the unsuspecting big city itself was about to be invaded by a gigantic monstrously fat anthropomorphic dalmatian version of Tommy Pickles himself.
