Orbak - A wolf known for his violent tendencies, having actually killed his last master and is now sentenced to death. But he escaped on the way to his execution, and now he must decide: try to get back to Anthronia? Or stay and help other slaves to escape?
Hist Strakefel - A lizard working for the royal court of Anthronia as a personal assassin to the king and queen. Few know this, but a royal assassin is employed to eliminate threats to the kingdom before they become a danger. Hist has been ordered to eliminate the ruling family of Romantica in order to prevent another war with the kingdom. But in order to do so, each death must look like an accident, and leave no evidence Anthronia was involved, or the whole mission will be for naught.
Toro - A bull, and renowned gladiator champion of the arena in the capital of Romanica. He doesn't really care that he's forced to kill other fighters, human and anthronian alike, for the citizen's enjoyment, as long as he gets all the food, wine and women he wants in return. But there's a rising star among the gladiators, one who seeks to end Girl's winning streak.
