“I know, I’ll give it to Mom!” Natalie said with a smile.
The two of them were fairly close, as Bailey was a daddy’s girl and Zach wanted to be just like his father. Natalie however, loved her mother unconditionally and would constantly ask her for advice for things, or even just hangout in her freetime.
She walked inside the house and sought out her mother. She seen Zach looking through the fridge. “Yo, where’s mom at?” she asked in passing, looking around for her mother. “Shoot, I don’t know. Probably in her room or something”.
Of course. That should’ve been the first place she looked, Natalie thought to herself. She headed up the stairs to her parents room, and seen her dad leaving the room with a smile on his face.
“Hey Nat, what’s going on kid?” Antonio asked.
“Nothing much, just trying to find mom. Is she in there?”
“Yes she’s in there, she may be changing so just knock first”
“Okay, thanks daddy-o”
Natalie continued past her dad, and went straight into the room, without knocking.
Estella was in front of a mirror, modeling a new shirt that she had just received in the mail. “Back for more dear?” She asked aloud, before turning to see that it was Natalie.
“Oh, it’s you babygirl! I thought you were your father for a second.”
“Back for more what?” Natalie questioned, a look of disgust on her face.
Estella laughed, “I was just showing him this new top I just got in the mail today. What to you think?”.
The shirt itself was a thin black crop top, with long sleeves. It had a low neckline that outlined Estella’s immense cleavage. While her stomach was not quite up to par with the shirt, her jugs definitely stole the show.
“I think you look fabulous, sexy, and stunning momma!” Natalie said.
That made Estella smile, and turn back to the mirror. “Thank you babygirl. I just need to lose this little belly and I can whip this bad boy out sometime. I got it specifically to motivated me to lose a bit of weight”.
“Lose weight? Mom you look perfect all the time! I’m sure dad doesn’t mind it”
“I know, but I mind it. I want to make sure I look my best for your father”
“Well if youre gonna do that mom you’re gonna have to accessorize first! Look what I got for us” Natalie said excitedly, whipping out the small box containing the rings.
“Oooooh, what’s in the box?” Estella said, curious about her new gift.
Natalie flipped the box open, and Estella gasped.
“Babygirl, they’re beautiful! Those must have cost a fortune!”
“Quite the opposite mom! I got them for free 99! I went to this weird store at the mall today and the lady let me take em home!”
“Is that so! It seems like my shopping habits actually turned out to be a good trait after all!” Estella laughed, “Let’s get them on!
Both women slipped them on their fingers, Estella on her right index, and Natalie on her left pinky. They admired them on themselves first, and then each other. Estella walked over to her daughter, and gave her a hug.
“Again, thank you for the gift babygirl. Now if you excuse me, I need to get dinner out of the oven. See you down there in a bit!” Estella said, walking out of her room.
The night went by fairly quickly from there. Dinner was served, and as always, the Ruiz family ate together. Even if they all ate different things, they usually all sat at the table and enjoyed the end of their days together. Everybody's days would get brought up, and when it came to Natalie’s turn, she tried be nonchalant.
"I went to the mall with them, got this cute top. I also stopped by this little old shop that I hadn't seen before, so that was neat.”
“Old shop?" Antonio interjected, “That doesn’t seem to be up your alley”.
Estella shrugged, “I was just a little curious, since these two anted to take forever”.
“Well I’m glad that you’re expanding your taste Nat” Antonio laughed.

Pretty soon, everybody finished up, and headed upstairs to their rooms, but not before helping dump the trash and storing the leftovers in the freezer. That's how it usually went, as Antonio would set the table and get the dinner ingredients, and Estella would cook and serve everybody. Their kids were often left to clean-up duty as their parents went to bed up in their room.
After Natalie dried off the dishes, she headed up to her room to get ready for bed. She went into her bathroom, took her contacts out, and brushed her teeth. She even made a mud mask to wear for a little bit, just to clean her face up a bit. She scrolled through social media and texted her friends in the meantime, waiting for the mask to dry so she could wash it off.
Her phone timer finally went off, signaling that it was time for her to wash up. She did, and then got dressed, or rather undressed, for bed. She slipped her bra off, as well as her pants, to sleep in her tank top and underwear. She got into bed, and covered herself up with her blankets to get comfortable. After about 15 minutes of trying to sleep, Natalie was snoring.

After a while, the clock her wall had hit 12 a.m., midnight, and something odd happened. The ring that remained on Natalie’s pinky finger had begun to glow a dark purple-like color. It grew brighter and brighter, while Natalie continued to sleep like baby. Pretty soon, the ring had stopped getting brighter, and started to spread to Natalie’s hand, then her arm, her torso, her upper body, and finally her entire body.
Meanwhile, in her parent’s room
Estella’s ring had the same effect on her as it did her daughter, as she was soon covered in some sort of glowing purple cocoon, which didn't wake her in the slightest.
