-The Original: For whatever reason a skinny and fat person either willingly agree or are forced to make an arrangement where they intentionally stuff and work themselves until they reach each other's sizes (or farther).

-The Transfer: Caused by seemingly nothing, artificially the skinny and fat ones will gradually and unrelentingly grow and shrink into each other's sizes (or farther), regardless of how they treat their bodies should they try to prevent it. (Whether or not history Rewrites so that they were always each other's sizes is up to you!)
