Notices, but still finishes his face-as well as...

Naruto couldn't believe what was happening to him. He looked into the mirror and saw Sakura's reflection staring back at him. His face was now identical to hers, complete with the same rosy cheeks, bright green eyes, and delicate features. He blinked in disbelief, but no matter how much he pinched himself, he couldn't wake up from what seemed like a bizarre dream.

"Ne, Tsubaki-chan, you need to put on some lipstick. We can't let Ino-pig outshine us," Sakura said, reaching for her makeup bag.

Naruto's hand moved on its own accord, mimicking Sakura's movements. He applied the lipstick to his lips, the color matching Sakura's perfectly. He couldn't believe how natural it felt, as if he had been doing this his whole life. He watched in amazement as his lips transformed into Sakura's plump, pink ones.

"This is insane," Naruto muttered to himself, but his voice sounded just like Sakura's, sweet and melodic.

Sakura giggled. "You're getting the hang of it, Tsubaki-chan. Soon, we'll be the most glamorous twins in Konoha!"

Naruto felt a mix of confusion and fascination. He didn't understand why he had transformed into Sakura's sister, but he couldn't deny the strange sense of belonging he felt. He had always longed for a loving family, and now he had one, albeit in a completely unexpected way.
