Go downstairs where your parents and sister are

You decided to head down to where most of your family is and got up from your bed. Heading down the hall, you then descended the stairs until you were in the living room. Your hot older sister Jenny sat on the couch, watching some girl stuff on the TV. Continuing on, you found your parents in the kitchen.
Your mom was doing the dishes after cooking breakfast. Your father sat at the kitchen table reading his newspaper.
Additionally, your family's big pitbull Russel lay in his doggy bed, sleeping.

Before your parents even noticed your arrival, your mind raced as you contemplated who to morph first, if you could even do it at all.
