After serving the empire faithfully for twenty years, you were rewarded with a centuria of land in Germania. Your two younger sisters and their husbands (along with their families) are settled and working the land. But you don't want to be a farmer. Not yet, anyway. There's a lot of the world you still want to see.

Upon arriving in Rome, the first thing you do is head for the markets. It is said that all the world buys, sells and trades in Rome.

Markets mean merchants. Merchants mean caravans. And caravans can always use an experienced swordsman like you.

Is your trip to the markets uneventful?
