Jason sat in the doctor's office, looking around at the posters showing off the human reproductive system. He felt someone grab his hand and turned to see Bethany sitting besides him wearing her cheerleading outfit from their high school days. She rested her head against his shoulder and looked at him with a smile.
"I'm so glad you agreed to do this babe," Bethany said with a loving look he hadn't seen since the first started dating. "Not many guys are willing to do what you're about to do."
"What am I about to do?" Jason asked feeling uneasy about the situation and how close Bethany was leaning into him.
"Don't tell me you forgot, silly," she said with a playful grin as she looked him with with adoring eyes. "Oh well, it just means it's going to be a surprise then."
He heard a door open as a woman he hadn't seen before came out of the operating theatre. "Oh Em Gee, Jackie!" Bethany got up and ran over to the other woman and gave her a hug before stepping back. "You got the surgery?"
"Yeah," Jackie looked down a little embarrassed and gave an awkward smirk. "Please don't tell anyone though."
"I won't I promise," Bethany gave her another hug and turned back towards Jason.
"Jason, the doctor will see you now," a nurse said coming out of the same door Jackie just came through.
"I'll see you shortly babe," Bethany kissed him on the lips and groped him, as he got up and walked by.
Jason followed the nurse through the door, just going along with the flow. He found himself in an operating theatre and turned around to see the door was no longer there.
Something about this room filled him with dread but before he could do anything he felt a sharp needle in his arm and blacked out. When he opened his eyes again he was laying on a metal table looking up at a mirror where he saw himself fully naked.
"It's so fun when people are volunteered for this," he heard a gravely voice from the side but he wasn't able to move. "It makes my job so much more fun." The figure appeared in front of him, wearing a hair net, mask and scrubs. Though the way he moved seemed unnatural and something was off. "Don't worry this won't take long."
Teddy moved a cart into the view of the mirror as he walked down to Jason's crotch. He grabbed a scalpel off the table and grabbed Jason's balls with the other hand. He slid the knife underneath and Jason felt the cold metal cut into his skin, though it didn't hurt. Teddy cut upwards with one short yet drawn out slice. Before pulling the genitals away and putting them in a dish on the cart.
Jason looked up at the mirror with horror as his genitals were now gone, left with only smooth skin.
"That wasn't so bad was it," Teddy pulled down his mask to reveal his exposed teeth and rotting skin.
Jason's eyes went wide with fear but he wasn't able to scream...
