Okay, we don't need Game of Thrones (A song of Ice of Fire is in the literature section, located in 'something else' from chapter 1)

So lets start with Buffy the Vampire Slayer; it could be Buffy herself, of one of several other women who fall victim to a multibreast TF.

Or perhaps Modern Family perhaps?

Maybe the Big Bang Theory, Howard built a 6 breasted sex robot, maybe he'll try for a 6 breasted wife.

Or Doctor Who, all sorts of wacky aliens out there, maybe one of them causes a companion to grow extra breasts?
