In a different reality the earth is populated with Big Babies, humanity grows up but mostly freezes physically at around twenties and thirties while never maturing mentally beyond toddlerhood (no hair or tooth loss), and even then, these toddlers are very rare. To be able to wear pull-ups is a mark of a super smarty person, and while there are training potties in the bathrooms most baby's just sit on them and use their diapies.
While the society is very infantile there is still enough complexity for things like spys and evil plans to exist. Bond is one such spy, as well as a toddler worthy of his pull-ups. He prefers his baba's shaken not stirred and his little tykes car is full of cool thingies. With the aid of various allies such as the Bond Girls, those ladies who become attracted to Bond and his rather mature demeanor (making him perfect daddy material to any lady of Babyworld), he foils the evil plans of bad babies like Docta NoNo or Goldthumb.
