Magical Wikipedia

Alright a magic wikipedia! But like what does that even mean?

Essentially in spite of being called a wikipedia, it can take the form of an app, website, book, or other apropriate informational source.

The important traits are as follows:

- It contains every fact in the universe, all knowing and complete.
Example: (It has written somwhere within it your favorite color when you were 7 as well as the average diameter of a neutron star.)

- Every fact within is true until made false by a newer fact.
Example: ( A new entry claiming every lego is purple will make it so that every lego that isn't purple simply never existed and any entry claiming they did is removed.)

- Every fact within is editable, whether by anyone or just by a protagonist is up to you!

Now lets decide some of the finer details:

Reality adapts, means that charachters that didnt make a change themselves are unable to notice any changes, "My breasts have always been this big what are you talking about?"

Reality changes is the oposite, everyone is able to tell stuff changed and reality wont warp to make stuff seem normal.
