Remembered he had something he wanted to show to his friends. Standing up, Adric walked away from the table to find the cool thing his parents had bought him. Derek screamed as he was lifted up and down by the kid's steps, the g-forces applying in both directions as the foot raised and fell down. It was a constant pain of going in both ways for hundreds of meters by something as simple as his younger brother walking, the fact he really couldn't tell where the giant boy was going not helping matters.
And then the sole's hold of him finally broke, making him free fall for what he felt almost the size of the Empire State, the light body granted by his size being the only reason he didn't die from such a fall. Lifting his pained body from the floor, he was able to see his titanic brother disappearing into another hallway kilometers away. Derek actually saw this as an improvement, since being away from that horde of massive feet increased his chances of survival. As further proof luck wasn't on his side today, the ground started to tremble again after barely leaving him 10 minutes to rest, something coming from one of the hallways.
