Summery: On the night that Voldemort tried to kill Harry, his mother's love managed to protect him and cause the Dark Lord's curse to backfire. But unfortunately for Harry, his mother's protection and Voldemort's curse clashing together caused his magic to permanently mutate. Now he can't cast spells with a wand, can't fly on a broom, hell if he even tries to hold a wand or broom it ends up exploding in his hand.
However, he can still use wandless magic and fly without needing a broom. Plus, he has strength greater than a full grown dragon, speed greater than the finest broom, and is able to shrug off the most powerful of spells like water off a ducks back.
While his use of magic maybe unlike any wizard or witch in history, Harry Potter still has power and drive to become the most powerful wizard the world has ever seen.
