Summary: When Jor-El prepared to send his son to Earth, he knew that Kal would be one of, if not the last Kryptonian males. Not wanting to let his race die out, Jor-El prepared steps to make sure Kal would work to restore the Kryptonians.
Knowing that to ensure Kal had plenty of heirs, he would have to mate with plenty of women, Jor-El programmed the systems he was leaving to aid Kal in the future to 'program' Kal to mate with many females and give him the power to influence them to mate with him.
He didn't expect the strong moral code Clark would get from his parents, convincing him that if he wanted to sleep with someone, and certainly if he wanted to have children with them, he should be in a relationship, interfering with the situation, making him use his newfound power to convince multiple women to be in a relationship with him, but it all works out.
Note: Since the purpose of this harem is restoring the kryptonian race, albeit through hybrids, any female kryptonians featured in the story, including Supergirl and Power Girl, should become members of the Harem.
Title: The Touch of Aphrodite

Summary: The Red Hood interrupts yet another black market auction. In the process he is knocked into a statuette of Aphrodite. The brief pink glow that covers him immediately makes him concerned, so he seeks out a (female) mystical expert.
Once he does he discovers that the statuette was used by an ancient sect of dark sorcerers to build a harem; performing a ritual with the statue gives a man a special power; he generates an aura that means that the magic of the statue infects any woman who touches him, even through armor. This magic does 3 things.
#1: Their bodies are warped to become the epitome of sexuality and lust, with giants breasts, shapely rears, thick lips etc.
#2: Their minds simplify, focusing primarily on sex, lust and pleasure.
#3: They fall madly in love with whoever touched them to infect them.
There is no prevention, no reversal, it takes about 24-148 hours for them to fully transform, depending on how much they try to fight it, but eventually every woman who gets touched transforms.
A second ritual removes the power from the man, so he doesn't spend the rest of his life a sexual Midas, but Jason didn't perform the ritual; when he accidentally destroyed the statue he released the power it held, which immediately went into him, and without the statue, he has no easy way to remove it. In addition, whether it was the power or Murphy's law, it seemed that fate was going to try and arrange for him to come into contact with women; for example his magic expert tripped while getting up and fell into him; ensnaring her.
While the horny man delights in the prospect of his new gift, Jason knows there are problems; beyond the ethical issues, there's the fact that guys won't take kindly to him stealing all the girls, to say nothing of the fact that a normal man's stamina can only cope with so many women.
And so Jason sets out to get rid of his new power, but how long will it take, and can he resist temptation say, to ensnare women he's found attractive in the past, or use this power for good by seducing villainesses away from crime?
