Adam was enjoying his Friday at his girlfriends house as his sister and cousin decided to throw a house party and he wasn't interested in being involved. They got too wild for his tastes and even though he wasn't attending he already knew he'd be cleaning up when he returned Sunday. But for now he didn't pay that any attention, instead he focused on watching the movie he had put on while Claire used him as a pillow as she read her book.
He closed his eyes for just a second, enjoying the moment, only to open them up again, finding himself back at home in the living room surrounded by his family's friends, who were laughing at him. He didn't know what was going on but something felt extremely odd, apart from the fact he just teleported back home.
It wasn't until he looked at his hands he realized he wasn't even in his own body anymore...
