It was game night at Conner's house and it was Mary's turn to pick the game. She had selected a game that she had found at a swap and sell about a month ago, which was a 1 to 8 player game. Which was perfect for their group.
Greg had taken over and already set up the game based on its instructions. It wasn't much, just a square board with spaces that included different kinds of events, like skipping turns, drawing cards, moving back a few spaces etc. It looked simple enough. Even the player tokens were just coloured cubes.
The rule sheet was also basic, just that you rolled a dice and once someone made it to the end of the board the game was over. It looked too simple that Jeremy didn't even want to play but Hannah convinced him otherwise.
