Chapter #6Follow Cardin by: Zone   Cardin knew who he wanted.
Yes, he believed Faunus were lesser beings than human, that was actually true. Some call him racist, but facts were facts. They were supposed to have special traits that surpassed humans, like night vision, enhanced senses, and claws, yet they were still so weak. They got lucky in the Faunus Rights Rebellion and if they tried that again, they would undoubtedly lose. Look at Menagerie, it’s mostly huts, when a place like Atlas, run by humans, was the pinnacle of humanity's ingenuity.
But that didn’t mean he couldn’t find them hot. They weren’t technically animals, even if he called them that. It was more of a combination of human and animal, a twisting of erotic sensations that was on the border of right and wrong. Those who liked pure bestiality? That wasn’t him. A human-like being with animal traits? It was wrong in a hot way.
And Beacon had a couple of sexy Faunus girls, but one was his priority.
Velvet Scarlatina.
A timid girl with long brown hair and tall bunny ears on her head. She wore conservative clothes all the time, but Cardin could tell the curved athletic body beneath her clothes. It was a shame because if she had been a human, she would have been one of the top girls at Beacon, though not first. The school had people like Pyrrha and Yang that held the top spots. But due to those bunny ears, she drew Cardin’s attention.
Cardin bullied her for being a Faunus, but focused on her because she was an attractive one. He dreamed of breaking her, making her his slut, having her worship him as her superior. Velvet wanting nothing more than being a slutty little bunny. His bunny. The problem was she had teammates who protected her, along with lots of people saying Faunus were equal to humans. That was so stupid. With his new power he could finally show Velvet her rightful place.
There was just one problem when Cardin finally found the bitch.
“Shit, she’s with her team.”
Velvet had three teammates, Coco, Fox, and Yatsuhashi. All second years and very strong. They were one of the favorites to win the Vytal Festival. Coco was also someone who didn’t care about rules and would shoot him if she ever saw him bullying Velvet. So Cardin was careful to bully Velvet when she wasn’t around. Besides, people acted stupidly in groups, backing each other up instead of letting the weak get their just desserts.
It was then that Cardin began to see the problem with his new power.
Only working on one person at a time was an issue in itself, but could be overcome with time. Once he had a few people under his control, it got simpler. The main problem lied in the fact that due to his entire team getting the power, they could affect one person each at a time. Even if Cardin turned Velvet into his bunny slave, he couldn’t hypnotize anyone else without Velvet snapping back. Sure, she won’t remember anything, but that’s not the point!
It would be a pain to keep hypnotizing people over and over again.
“Though… if she’s as good as I think she will be, maybe I won’t have to?” Cardin grinned, waiting for his chance to encounter Velvet alone.
