Huey had regretted the deal with Louie almost immediately after he made it, but they both wanted this information; one for knowledge on an ancient race, the other to find a way to profiting. The file they needed was in a SHUSH warehouse but there was no way either of them would be allowed near it, they needed Webby, or at least someone able to pose as her. Once they had the clothes the next question was who would be wearing them since neither boy was particularly jumping at the chance it came to a coin toss with Huey flipping the coin and Louie calling it in the air for fairness.
