You can start any plot, and if you don't have any ideas you can pick some in other Disney shows
There are also the common tropes like the Halloween episodes, the Christmas episodes, the Freaky Friday episodes (where two characters exchange their body), the crossover with other shows (only Disney one), etc.

Don't worry about the continuity between different episodes.
