How about Ash is sent to a school to help him become a better trainer. Of course this school has a secret, why it helps it's male students become better trainers. It turns the females students into obedient slaves for the male students. Why the males students our taught about Pokemon and stuff. The female students are taught how to cheer their assigned male on, cook and clean for them and any sexually needs the males want.

Of course males deserve more then one female slaves so the student popular is heavily female.
