Felix liked to stop and admire the flowers in his college town's neighborhood park.

All kinds of people come through that park, some young some old. Some with friends or lovers, others by themselves or with family. Despite how many people were in the park, only 1 person had the ability to shrink others, and they decided they were going to shrink Felix.
