How about in this parallel universe women and girls are dominant but the difference to your old universe is that they (women and girls) grew clearly bigger than boys and men? Not like previous chapter females have muscles or stronger bodies but bigger size gives bigger advantage against males.
Next is to choose how much bigger the girls and women are compared to boys and men.
