[Extreme truth or dare] - what makes this Extreme is heros using there quirks in their dares. These are bored heros who just want to let lose qne destress from their pro work or difficult school life.
[A villain with a reality altering power] - this can be a exiting character with a new power or a OC with some power who crashed a game or infiltrated UA and started up a game to corrupt the young heros in training.
[A magical item] - a mysterious item comes to UA for study or a student owns it. This item alters reality and helps make truth and dare come to life if the item is in the room with them.
[God] - a bored God sees heros playing truth or dare and uses their power to make them happen for real. The heros aren't aware whats going on as the dares get more and more crazy.
[Mai] - Mai has some crazy machines she wants to test out but no one wants to because they are very dangerous. So she thinks a truth or dare game will make people try out her crazy inventions.
