Chapter #4 Hero suit momo. by: Ea   Cole froze, the realization settling like a cold weight on his chest. Momo Yaoyorozu. He had heard Jill talk about her new My Hero Academia figure earlier that day. She had been excited, saying how she couldn’t wait to add Momo to her growing collection of anime figures. But now, standing (or rather, wobbling) in this strange plasticized world, Cole’s stomach sank.
The air felt too light, too synthetic, and every part of him screamed that he didn’t belong here. He ran his hands—now eerily smooth and delicate—over his new plastic body. His fingers felt stiff and rigid, the fine details of the cheerleader’s uniform were painted on, not real fabric, and his chest—her chest—felt heavy. He could only imagine the confusion and horror Jill would experience if she saw her “new doll” wasn’t just a doll at all.
Cole’s thoughts spiraled into a frenzy. How had this happened? Was it magic? A curse? Was he… stuck like this forever?
He stumbled forward, the sound of his plastic feet clicking against the floor echoing unnervingly in the eerie silence. He approached the window, leaning in close to try and make sense of the room on the other side. It looked like a normal room, albeit enormous compared to the dollhouse he now found himself in. The floor was carpeted, the walls painted a soft cream color, and in the corner, a bookshelf that seemed miles away.
The window wasn’t just a glimpse into another room—it was a gateway to an entire world he didn’t understand.
As he stood there, staring through the window in shock, a soft click echoed behind him. He spun around, his plastic limbs moving stiffly, but too late—Jill’s voice called out from the hallway.
“Cole? Are you awake? I finished setting up your new place! Cole?! Never mind then!”
Cole’s heart nearly stopped. He turned back to the window in panic. Would she see him like this? Would she realize what had happened? He felt his breath catch in his throat—if this was a prank or something worse, there was no way he could explain himself, not in this… form.
The soft creak of a door opening from the other side made him freeze.
Jill stepped into the room, humming to herself. Her eyes scanned the space, landing on the window. Her gaze softened, a smile forming on her lips.
“Well, aren’t you cute?” she cooed as she slowly approached, her hand reaching out to tap the glass of the window. Cole’s chest tightened. He opened his mouth to speak, but no sound came out—he had no voice, no way of expressing himself.
Jill paused, tapping her chin in thought, then giggled. “You know, I almost forgot to give you a name! Hmm, let’s see… Momo seems perfect for you.”
Cole’s mind reeled. Momo?
“Yep! You’re Momo, my cheerleader doll. I hope you like the new room I made for you!” Jill grinned and waved her hand toward the plastic space around Cole. “I’m going to take such good care of you.”
She smiled, then turned toward the door.
“Alright, I’m going to grab a snack. Be right back, Momo!” Jill called cheerfully before leaving, the door clicking softly behind her.
Cole stood frozen, trying to make sense of everything that just happened. His mind was still in overdrive, but one thing was certain: Momo Yaoyorozu was now his identity. The girl he once knew as an anime character had been merged with his own body, and now… now he was a plastic doll, trapped in Jill’s oversized world.
The silence of the room swallowed him whole.
