Julia tapped the side of her jaw for a moment, as she looks at Dan's info. Poor lad had just missed the C mark. At best, he could hope to be pet food for a beloved large dog or cat. Otherwise, he'd end up being fed to a large pig, most of which were eaten later on. Thus, for him, being Pet Food was better than being Pig Feed.
"Well, I guess I could give him a good time, so that he can be the best pet food he possibly can," said Julia. She did some more checking, and saw that, at any rate, his family line was secure - siblings of C-Grade or better, stored genetic material from his sire and dame - it was mere dumb luck that he was down at a lower grade.
She placed the collection vial away. Unless they were of a rare, or special, line, D-Grade and F-Grade genetic material wasn't worth collecting, normally, and Dan's line wasn't that special or rare.
Julia soon entered the barn, where she saw a number of livestock engaged in typical livestock activities; eating, talking, engaging in pre-mating activities, reading, writing, and other such things.
